The standout skirt design showcases diagonally gathered panels that add movement and interest, whether worn alone or as part of a flowing tiered dress. View A is a two-tier dress that falls just below the knee, while View B extends to a maxi length with three tiers. View C is a cropped sleeveless top that sits just below the natural waist.
