This 150cm wide cable knit fabric is a substantial double knit with a classic rope-style texture running through the surface. The knitted wales create a raised, plaited effect that gives real depth without being bulky, making it feel cosy but still wearable.

With cotton for comfort, polyester for durability and a touch of elastane for stretch, this fabric has a reassuring weight at 420gsm and a soft handle. It’s well suited to jumpers, cardigans, sweater dresses and relaxed loungewear styles where warmth and structure matter.
