View B: 45" (114 cm) wide fabric: 4.5 - 5 yd (4.1 - 4.6 m) // 54" (137 cm) wide fabric: 4 - 4.7 yd (3.7 - 4.3 m).
View C: 45" (114 cm) wide fabric: 3.1 - 3.8 yd (2.8 - 3.5 m) // 54" (137 cm) wide fabric: 3 - 3.4 yd (2.7 - 3.1 m).
View D: 45" (114 cm) wide fabric: 5.3 - 5.7 yd (4.8 - 5.2 m) // 54" (137 cm) wide fabric: 4.8 - 5.3 yd (4.4 - 4.8 m).

Both size ranges are drafted for an average height of 5'5".
Notions
- Twelve 3/8" (10 mm) shank buttons.
- Lightweight fusible interfacing (Views A and B, 1 1/2 yd / Views C and D, 2 yd).
- Hand sewing needle.
- Views B and D only: 3/8" (10 mm) elastic, 1 2 yd for sizes 14-32.
