Description

Reggie is a puffer coat designed with a relaxed, straight silhouette. It includes a grown-on hood and welt pockets. The shaping darts at the front are redirected to the shoulder seam, extending the shoulder line. Its two-piece sleeves offer a long and comfortably loose fit. This double-breasted coat fastens with sew-on snaps and comes with a detachable tie belt, secured by belt loops at the side seams. Fully lined and falling above the ankle, it offers both style and warmth.

Blended raincoat fabrics, outerwear fabrics, or Dewspo. When selecting materials for constructing this coat, it's advisable to opt for outerwear fabrics that possess the following characteristics:

• Medium-weight

• Pliable

• Breathable

• Soft

• Non-stretch

• Water-repellent

• Windproof

These fabrics can incorporate a variety of fibre contents, including natural fibres (like cotton), artificial fibres (such as viscose), blends (like cotton + viscose), and synthetics (such as polyester, polyamide). However, fabrics like stretchy knits or heavyweight denims are not recommended for this specific design.

For the insulation layer, select materials with a weight of 100 g/m2, such as Alpolux, Isosoft, Thinsulate, Holofiber, polyester batting, or consider using pre-quilted fabric.

For the lining, opt for fabrics composed of artificial fibres (like viscose), blends (such as viscose + elastane or viscose + polyester), or synthetics (like polyester or polyester + elastane).

In the images, the showcased coat is constructed from outerwear fabric and incorporates an additional insulation layer. The fabric attributes include medium-weight, pliability, softness, non-stretchiness, and water-repellence. The fabric's fibre content is 100% polyester. The insulation material utilized is Alpolux 100 g/m2, consisting of a blend of 15% wool and 85% microfiber. The lining is exclusively composed of 100% viscose.
