This Italian ex-designer green coating fabric is a softer, lighter take on a classic wool coat fabric. Woven from a 50% wool and 50% alpaca blend, it features a gentle brushed surface and a warm but breathable feel. At 261gsm, it’s a mid-weight fabric with good drape, ideal for relaxed coat shapes, jackets, wraps and layering garments.

The 135cm width allows for easy pattern placement, while the alpaca adds loft, warmth and a slightly cushioned handle. Made by an Italian mill, it’s well suited to projects where you want warmth without heaviness and a tidy, refined finish.
